n8n and Make
Use an HTTP request step with your API key to call Nerro, and a webhook trigger to receive finished calls.
n8n and Make don't need a special Nerro app: they talk to the API with their HTTP steps.
Send to Nerro
Add an HTTP Request node (n8n) or an HTTP: Make a request module (Make):
- Method and URL from the API reference, like
POST https://www.nerro.co/api/v1/campaigns/CAMPAIGN_ID/contacts. - Header
Authorizationwith the valueBearer nrz_your_key. In n8n, keep it in a Header Auth credential rather than in the node. - Body type JSON.
To have a new lead called back within seconds, post it to your lead source URL instead. That needs no key.
Receive from Nerro
- Add a Webhook trigger (n8n) or a Webhooks: Custom webhook (Make) and copy its URL.
- In Nerro, open Connectors → Outgoing webhook, paste the URL and press Send test.
- Every finished call now starts your workflow. See Webhooks for the body and how to check the signature.
Example: hot leads to your sales team
Webhook trigger → keep only calls whose outcome is lead_captured or appointment_booked → look the call up with GET /calls for the captured details → create the deal in your CRM.
