Connect

1. In Nerro, open Connectors, choose Zapier and press Create API key.
2. In Zapier, add Nerro and paste the key when it asks.
3. Choose the call ended trigger. Each finished call starts your Zap with its outcome, summary, employee and caller's number.

Replacing the key in Nerro stops every Zap using the old one until you paste the new key in Zapier.

• Add a row to a Google Sheet for every booked appointment.
• Create or update a contact in a CRM Nerro doesn't connect to directly.
• Post urgent calls to a team chat.

To start calls from a Zap, use Zapier's Webhooks by Zapier action to call the API with your key, or post new leads to a lead source URL.
