Billing, plainly
- The 3-day trial needs no card. When it ends, your AI employee stops answering; nothing is charged.
- If prices change, we tell you early, and the plan you're on keeps its price.
- Month to month, no contract. Cancel yourself in Settings, any time: the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
- Calls where nobody speaks, and recorded robocalls your AI employee hangs up on, aren't counted as minutes.
- An email at 80% and at 100% of your included minutes, and an optional spend cap: once it's reached, your AI employee stops answering until the next billing month, so the bill can't go past it.
- Questions about a bill reach a person, who replies within 24 business hours: Help in the app, or support@nerro.si.
Questions, answered.

Do I need to be technical?
No. You tell Nerro what your business does and what the employee should handle. Nerro writes the behavior, rules and hand-off settings for you. Advanced settings exist later, but you never need them.
Can it take real calls and book appointments today?
Yes. Your AI employee answers real calls on its own phone number, books, moves and cancels appointments in its schedule (and in Google Calendar, once connected), and takes messages or hands off to a person when it should. It passes automated test calls before it goes live, and the dashboard always shows what is and is not connected.
What happens when the AI can't help?
It transfers to a person, or takes a message and says plainly that someone will call back. It is set up to never leave a caller stuck and never to claim something happened when it didn't.
How do I know it actually did the work?
An action counts only when the system behind it confirms it. A booking is reported as booked only after the calendar confirms it. If it fails, the AI says so and offers real alternatives.
Are calls recorded?
Nerro doesn't record call audio. It keeps a text transcript of each call so you can see what happened, and deletes it after the period you choose (30 days to 2 years). Callers are told at the start: every greeting says "This call is transcribed."
Which businesses is it for?
It's built first for real estate, property managers, law firms and home-service trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing and more). It also works for veterinary clinics, salons and spas, and restaurants. Medical and dental practices are not supported yet: patient calls need HIPAA agreements Nerro doesn't have, so they can join a waitlist instead.
How much does it cost?
From $49 a month for one AI employee and 300 call minutes; Business is $79 and Pro is $149. Extra minutes are $0.15–$0.10 each depending on plan, shown as a separate line item, not a surprise. Early access: you start on a free 3-day trial with up to 10 answered calls, and you won't be charged before billing switches on at launch.
Is it legal for an AI to answer my business calls?
Generally yes, but disclosure and consent rules vary by state and country. Your AI employee introduces itself as an AI assistant on every call, Nerro doesn't record audio, and it only calls back people who asked to be called. Check your state's rules with a lawyer before you go live.
Will it sound like a robot?
Listen to the voice sample at the top of the home page: that's one of the voices your employee can use, and you pick from dozens. The goal is natural, turn-taking conversation, not a phone-tree menu. Voice quality depends on the speech provider behind it, and Nerro is built so that provider can be swapped without rewriting the employee, so quality improves over time instead of being locked in on day one.
How is this different from an answering service or IVR?
An IVR makes callers punch through a menu; a human answering service can't see your calendar. Nerro's AI employee does both at once: plain conversation, plus checking real availability, capturing the caller's details and booking the time, instead of just relaying a message.
